FAQ

  • Q: When are your commissions reopening?
A: I am not sure but looking to be Q2 of 2025! I update the front page of the website as well as Twitter and Discord!

  • Q: Do you have a waitlist, and how does it work?
A: I do! Currently there are no openings in my waitlist however planning to accept new work around Q2 2025 at this time! Please feel free to inquire however inquiring about the waitlist does not guarantee a spot!

  • Q: My art is still unfinished, can I join the waitlist for a rigging commission?
A: Yes, you would need to provide the latest sketch of the model or the full design as well as what you would like and have planned for the model

  • Q: How long does the typical rigging process take?
A: This depends heavily on the complexity of the model not only in the rigging tier but in design as well. From the time I start to completion on average its 1 - 2 months however higher complexities can take up to 5 months.

  • Q: Are there any additional charges like a Paypal or Service fee?
A: NOPE! The price you see is what you pay, there may be complexities or privacy fees but there are NO hidden fees for processing payment, everything is included in the pricing!

  • Q: I have an experimental / complex idea for my model, how do I know whats possible in Live2D?
A: I am always open to hearing new ideas! Not everything is possible and some things may take some trial and error especially on the higher end however I am open to discussing your ideas! I am easiest to reach through Twitter

  • Q: What is your policy on refunds if a project is canceled?
A: I highly recommend clients to wait until they are sure before commissioning. In any case, if the commission has already begun, I can only refund based on how much I have completed. I would be happy to offer a refund if the model has not started; however, you will have to cover the refund fee. If I have to cancel for any reason or if I cannot deliver, I will offer a full refund with no issues.

  • Q: What’s your revision policy?
A: I offer revisions throughout the duration of the project. Typically, if there is a large change you can request revisions during the initial feedback stages, but major design changes after the rigging has started will have additional costs.

  • Q: What file formats do you accept for the art files?
A: All files must be .PSD files, I can only accept art that is properly split for Live2D. I am willing to offer splitting notes to the artist or do splitting myself for an additional charge.

  • Q: Do you offer a rush option for faster delivery?
A: Yes, I do offer a rush option for an additional fee depending on the timeline. This option typically allows for faster turnaround times but can restrict the amount you can have in terms of add ons. Availability may vary based on my current workload.

  • Q: What factors can impact the final cost of my commission?
A: The final cost can be influenced by the complexity of the design, the number of layers, additional features like animations, and the turnaround time required. Unique requests may also affect pricing.

  • Q: Do you provide post-delivery support for issues that may arise?
A: Absolutely! I provide support for any issues that arise after delivery for a limited time. If you encounter problems or have questions about using your model, feel free to reach out.

  • Q: Do you provide updates or previews during the rigging process?
A: Yes, I offer updates and previews at throughout the rigging stages of the model to ensure the project aligns with your vision. You can expect to see progress checks and be able to provide feedback along the way.

  • Q: Can I make changes to the design after the rigging has started?
A: Major changes after the rigging has begun may not be possible without incurring additional costs, especially if they affect the rigging significantly. Minor adjustments can usually be accommodated with some notice.

  • Q: Are there any additional costs I should anticipate during the process?
A: Beyond the initial quoted price, you may encounter additional costs for extensive revisions, new added features, or rush services. I will always communicate these before proceeding.

  • Q: What are the steps involved in the commission process?
A: The commission process typically involves initial inquiry, project discussion, agreement on pricing and timelines, payment, the rigging process with regular updates, and finally, delivery of the finished model where you can review, I can take any feedback and make changes as needed at this time!

  • Q: What are the expectations regarding credit when I use the model?
A: Typically credit in Twitter/Bluesky bio however Twitch/Streaming site credit is mandatory. Any credit must be easily found.

  • Q: How do you determine the complexity level for a project?
A: I assess complexity based on the design's intricacy, the number of moving parts, the requested features, and the overall animation needs. Each project will be evaluated individually.

  • Q: What files are provided for the completed model?
A: I provide the .mo3 files for each model which can function with any program (VtubeStudio, PrprLive, etc) for tracking. You will NOT receive the editable files unless you purchase them and the rights to changes directly.

  • Q: What is your experience level with Live2D rigging?
A: I have 3+ years of experience in Live2D rigging, working on a variety of projects from simple models to complex, as well as multiple armor, cyber, and experimental features. I have worked equally on both Male and Female models and I am confident in both!

  • Q: Can you make my model emit virtual smoke or fire effects?
A: I can do my best to create these effects however for the best result having a frame by frame drawing would provide the most smooth and controlled motion!

TERMS OF SERVICE

General

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

  • Proper crediting of my work is required. In your about-section a direct link to my Twitter

  • Commissions do not come with editorial rights or original source files. Please see my pricing info for more details or inquire with me in direct messages any questions you might have.

  • Payments are to be made through PayPal Invoicing only. Donations, informal, or alternative payments do not count as commission payment unless explicitly discussed, agreed, and documented with me privately. If PayPal is not available, accommodations will be provided.

  • All commissions are done with approval to stream the work process, share work in progress, or post freely about at any time. If you'd rather I not share the process before a certain date (for example, V-Tuber Debut Dates) you may request that before I start work on your commission.

  • I do not, nor will I ever approve of the use of AI Generated Assets. As a result, I will not be accepting any commissions to rig a model generated by AI.

Communication, Requests and References

  • Please reach out to me for commission requests using either Twitter or Discord DMs. Please note that once I’ve accepted your commission, all communications will be moved over to Discord to help compile all information needed for your commission in one place.

  • Please inform me if there's a need for a privacy agreement before I invoice you for the commission. Additional fees may apply.

  • Consultation Fees will be incurred after approximately 1 hour of communications over voice call has already passed. It is $30/hour for further consultation over voice calls, even if it is between the Model Artist and myself. All consultation fees will be charged to the client regardless.

  • Being rude or disrespectful with clear intent to be harmful or negative towards me or any other person will result in an immediate blacklist and project cancellation.

  • Returning clients may request for work during timeframes where my commissions are closed to be put on the waitlist for early access once my commissions reopen.

  • The client is responsible for providing clear and accurate references if they are looking for something specific within the rigging commission. (Note: each rigger has a different way of approaching a client’s desired effect and so stylistic and procedural differences may be present.)

  • If there are any explicit-NSFW features in your model art, please be sure to make me aware of this before sending me your model art files. A heads up is always greatly appreciated!

  • Please keep all communications about the commission within private means. Please do not talk about your commission in my stream unless I am directly mentioning it or working on it at the moment. Doing so puts a ton of unnecessary stress on my plate. Please be considerate of that.

Additional and Complex Requests

  • If you have requests for additional toggles, illustrations, mascots etc. during the working process, please let me know but keep in mind that due to the working queue, I might not be able to work on the addons all at once and you might have to be waitlisted for the additional assets depending on the complexities.

  • Add-on and Complexity rates that are listed on my price list are not absolute pricing; some prices will adjust and vary depending on how complex or time consuming each request may be.

  • Please let me know if you plan to have additional model assets. Advanced notice allows me to plan the process of your commission for the most optimal turn-around timeframes.

Edits and Revisions

  • Any and all revisions due to error on my end will be done 100% for free, no questions asked.

  • If an edit request is placed that proves to be too complex in nature an additional fee may be incurred, but will not be charged until the client has been made aware of said charge and has been mutually agreed upon by both parties.

  • Edits on the model after it has been deemed complete are allowed and permitted, however they will incur an additional charge.

  • Edit requests are accepted and encouraged throughout the entire course of the commission. However please note that if exhaustive edit requests are placed on one specific detail to your commission, an added fee will be applied.

  • I do not provide revisions to the artwork made for your model. You will have to contact either your original model artist or another artist with your original artist’s permission to make artistic changes to your model.

  • Major edits must be thoroughly discussed and planned out. They may involve additional consultation and editing fees.

  • Minor revisions and tweak requests to the model are strongly encouraged and so long as they are simple enough, will be done for free.

Timeframes, Rush Orders and Off-Season Requests

  • Please keep in mind that I am simply a creative human. I have moments of great productivity as well as moments of rest and recharge. I live a very vibrant life outside of my work so I just ask that you approach our commission with patience and understanding.

  • A rough, but non-absolute timeframe will be provided as to when I’ll be able to start on your commission. Timelines are rather unpredictable however, so I will also provide you updates on when you move up the queue as well as give you a heads up on when I’ll be able to start working on your commission.

  • Regular updates will be provided by myself; however if you haven’t heard from me in over a week and a half once I’ve started working on your commission and you’re curious about an update, please feel free to message me with any questions you might have!

  • Please refrain from spamming for updates. Please respect the timeframes that I've given you.

  • Rush Ordering will prioritize your request ahead of others in queue and must be mutually agreed upon for it to be honored. On the invoice, you will see the itemized Rush Order Fee in the price breakdown.

  • Rush Orders will not be accepted unless I am provided at least 1 month to get the rush order completed in time for you. For especially complex models, I will need at least 3 months to work on your model with a rush order.

  • I will only be accepting 1 Rush Order at a time with a 4 month gap in between each rush order.

  • Please keep in mind that rush ordered work will probably have to be revisited to ensure quality standards have been met for the sake of meeting your deadline.

  • Hardset deadlines must be discussed with me. Any hardset deadlines that are within 3 months of the original request date must be discussed to figure out the level of priority queue required for your project. Priority Queue is an additional charge incurred in order to put you at the front of the line for your commission slot.

  • Off-season requests may be placed, however they will be accepted on a highly selective basis with a preferential treatment towards returning clients.

  • No rush orders can be placed on off-season requests.

  • Requests accepted during off season will act more like a priority queue for the next batch of commission. It is ensuring that you will receive an earlier slot once my commissions reopen.

Payment

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Payments are only accepted through PayPal invoices or alternate and mutually agreed upon payment methods. Donations or surprise money transfers do not count as payment towards your commission. Everything has to be documented for your safety and mine.

  • Chargebacks: The client agrees they are of legal age and will not issue a chargeback for the commission in any circumstance. If a chargeback is issued I will contact you immediately and announce your model as a chargeback. You will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again and I will notify other artists and riggers within the community of your actions.

  • 100% refunds will be offered before I begin working on your commission. This does not include the cuts taken out by PayPal or other payment platforms.

  • Refunds are not offered once your commission has been started unless there are truly exceptional and unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be adjusted depending on how much work has already been put into the project.

  • Working with Corporate IP projects will be charged 100% extra of the rigging and service costs as well as additional fees depending on the terms and conditions listed in the contract once it has been provided and agreed upon.

  • If a contract is required by the client, the client must pay the legal fees required to hire a lawyer so that they can consult with me over the details of the provided contract even if the contracted terms are declined.

  • In order to start working on your commission, 50% of the commission is required upfront and the remaining 50% must be provided to receive your final exported files.

  • Additional payment plans are available but must be discussed and agreed upon by all parties involved.
